The product itself was fine, I guess... not terrible, just not really what I needed. But returning it was the annoying part. I had to email twice before getting anywhere, and then waited a few days for replies, which felt a bit dragged out. The refund did come through eventually, so that’s good, but yeah... the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother

After a few weeks though, it started showing wear a lot sooner than I expected. One of the parts got loose, and now the whole thing just has that kind of cheap feel to it, which is disappointing.

Maybe I just got a bad one, who knows. But for what I paid, I really thought it would hold up better. It’s not completely useless, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like this washer, but it just hasn’t been doing a great job for us. Even on the heavy cycle, my kids’ shirts and socks still come out with marks on them. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clothes to come out clean, especially after paying this much. I’ve had to run some loads twice, which is frustrating and feels like a waste of time and water. It technically works, but the cleaning power has been weak in my experience.
